Refund & Failed Generation Policy

This page distinguishes credit release from a money refund. It is not an active new refund contract and does not alter existing customer rights.
Confirmed generation failure
When a generation fails conclusively, its held credit reservation is released automatically through the existing wallet. A failed job must not remain charged as a successful result. If the provider response is uncertain, credits remain pending reconciliation; the request is not automatically submitted a second time.
Payment refunds
A money refund is different from releasing reserved credits. The existing payment ledger reconciles verified Stripe refunds and revokes the corresponding purchased credits. Already spent credits may require debt reconciliation; webhook retries must not grant credits twice.
Cancellations and Trial
Cancelling a tool subscription stops its next renewal according to the existing subscription’s terms. The new $0.99 AI Trial is not yet connected; its access period, allowance and refund eligibility must be disclosed before its first customer payment.
How to request help
Keep the order or job reference and describe the problem without sharing passwords or card numbers. A verified public support channel must be approved on the Contact page before public checkout. Mandatory consumer withdrawal and remedy rights remain unaffected.
