Review draft — not effective customer terms
This document is prepared for the owner to review before Deepsyq commercial launch. The legal operator, business address and verified support channel must be published before accepting customer orders. This draft does not change an existing customer contract.
What Deepsyq provides
Deepsyq brings creative studios, Everyday Tools and Video Uniquifier together in one account. A visible model or demonstration is not a promise that a provider is connected. Studio must show availability, supported inputs and the quoted credit charge before you confirm generation.
Your files and permissions
Upload only files you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission before using another person’s image or voice. AI providers may process the prompt and references you explicitly submit. Video Uniquifier processes original video locally; cloud AI generation is a different workflow.
Credits and subscriptions
Existing tool subscriptions and AI-generation credits are separate. Lifetime covers its stated tool package, not unlimited paid AI. AI credits are reserved before a confirmed generation request and settled against its result. The Trial price is planned at $0.99; its customer entitlement and access period are not yet approved and checkout is not connected.
Results and acceptable use
AI outputs can contain mistakes and may not be unique or suitable for every use. Review the result and any relevant rights before publication. Do not use the service to violate rights, impersonate people deceptively or perform unlawful activities.
Your consumer rights
These draft terms do not waive statutory consumer rights. Final order information, cancellation rights and any express request to begin a digital service early require owner review before launch.
